Support to speak to my intimidating tenant

Looking for someone who can accompany me when I go to speak to my tenant in Scarborough. He scares me/raises voice so I just want someone to support me so he knows I'm not alone or scared. You don't need to talk but just stand . I need him to sign a contract otherwise he can leave. Plus points if you know rental law or can act. I will pay you $40. Will be under 30 mins visit to see the place
