Antique Brass Half Lamp from the 1920s or earlier?

This is a rare antique I’m not willing to part with unless the price is right. Feel free to make a reasonable offer. Bundle for a better discount. Brass half lamp which is as it says half the hight of a regular floor lamp. Looks like it’s one of a kind I can’t find another to compare it to. Excellent condition nice soft patina no rust or major wear marks. Change the bulb for a flaming one to mimic a gas flame. Great up lighting
