Antique Mission Style Oak Rocking Chair

For sale is an antique mission style Oak Rocking Chair We’ve had this chair for just over 50 years and it was old when we acquired it in Edmonton AB. This oak chair chair stands 43” high, it’s 24.5” wide and it has 32” runners. The chair would be a perfect candidate for a restoration to take away the screws and glue it where it is loose. The steel rods through the sides of the chair look like they have hand forged heads but I’m not 100% sure of that. The chair originally had a woven seat however it was completely unusable and I placed a piece of plywood in the hole and placed a cushion on top of that. This rocking chair has personality and im sure it would be a welcome addition in many homes. Asking $300 or best offer.
