Apple iMac late 2015, keyboard and mouse

iMac is late 2015, turns on an all but can’t get past screen (see pic) I contacted Apple and they said is due to the iMac being late 2015 and the IOS old. I was suggested to bring it to Apple to delete all data and get the new IOS installed by them which may just do the trick and get past the screen. I honestly do not have time to be going to Apple, making an appointment and waiting. Selling AS IS, the mouse and keyboard included!(also from Apple) Located NW
