From the font and styling of the labels as well as the fountain pen writing on the front I’m guessing these are from 1900-1930. There are close to the original 100 included though I didn’t count them. The gumming on the reverse still works and they are not stuck to each other, though I don’t know that I would trust them to make it through todays postal system still attached without help. Some clear tape overtop will ensure they will. Add a card stock backing for instant gift tags. The box corners have separated, but all sides are still there. On a per unit basis these are a steal. If I am reading it correctly it says “Please - Jerry” on the front so I hope these find their Jerry.
