Laundry by Shelli Segal Navy Dress Size 10

Selling a navy dress with gold buttons, sleeveless. Designed in Los Angeles, made in China. has lining and says dry clean only but I think you can wash in cold water and drip dry. I believe this is a size 10 altho it says size 12 I purchased online but too small for me it is beautifully ruched and very timely for any occasion. I have never worn it..just hanging in my closet cash only
