Beautiful barley used Italian leather love seat.

I purchased this sofa a couple of years ago, and it's a little too small for my new condo. It's 100 % Italian leather. I purchased it while I was in my bigger home, and we barely used it. We normally use the family room sofa when guests come over. This couch is extremely comfortable, and it's in a pristine condition. It has minor scratches on the side from the moving guys, but nothing big. I wouldn't have considered selling it if it was a little bigger for my new condo. The retail price was over $2000. I am also selling the rug. It goes really well with the couch.
