This exercise machine has 2 pedals, which can be used for exercising arms or legs. Fits easily under a desk for use while on a computer or on a couch. Resistance can be increased by turning a knob. Includes an LED screen showing time, steps, and calories burned. The machine can be easily folded up for storage by pulling the pins out, measuring 13.9" x 12.6" x 7.1" and it weighs 5lb. Originally ordered from Amazon for $55.99, it's not suitable for high-intensity exercise, so I don't want it. I don't recommend it for anyone who intends to use it for high-intensity, as it becomes wobbly at fast speeds; but it's perfectly stable for a slow pedaling pace.
