Blinds to go Horizontal Blind

I bought these pink horizontal blinds to put up in my mother's new room from another person. I couldn't find someone to put them up and they are no longer needed. The plastic still on the headrail. They were custom made. I threw the box out as I thought I didn't need it. Even have the instructions
