Blue Textured Hanging Art

There are two separate pieces. Blue texted art. White frames Sizes are approximate: Large 23.5 inches x 58 inches Small 23.5 inches x 50¾ inches Prices: Large $40 Small $30 Both $70 Approximately 9 years old. Frames could benefit from some fresh paint but not necessary. The paper on the back of the frames has some rips but can be easily fixed. Pick up by arrangement, close to City Hall in New Westminster It is blue even though the pic makes it look black
