These are wired headphones with a carrying case. They are in good condition. They have been used and there are some signs of wear and tear in the cords but overall the headphones itself is in a perfect condition. The headphones have an acoustic noise-cancelling and come with a toggle to turn on and off the ANC. The ANC works with a single AAA battery for up to 35 hours of use and if the battery dies, the music still plays without the ANC. I have the headphones for a couple of years until decided to switch to earphones.
