It's a great place for your cat to feel safe and comfortable. The cat tree is used but still great! It has been lovingly clawed and the rope has been frayed from years of scratching. A+ cat approved. You must be able to carry this cat tree down a flight of stairs (inside a brownstone) plus a half flight of stairs outside. This is a 2-person job! The cat tree is heavy. I can help you get this to the curb but you’ll need to take it from there!
