My son and his friend (university students) have 2 bedrooms/2 baths in a 5-bedroom suite for September. They are trying to transfer the lease because the friend has decided to transfer to UofT for Fall '26. The layout is 5 bed 5 bath (each bedroom has a bathroom), common kitchen with full size appliances, common living room and the building is student-only. Rent is $1040 and all students get one month free rent. People who come in groups of two or more get a $200 rental credit. Fully furnished suite with double beds. High speed Wi-Fi included. On-site laundry facilities and on-site parking available. Hydro flat rate $50/mo (all other utilities included).
