2011 VW Jetta SEL 220k, rockers rusted through, mechanic special

Both rockers rusted through, it's in the pics. Previous owner bondo'd over it, found after I bought it. Won't pass an inspection. In good running condition, Daily driver. 2.5 5cyl auto, 220,221 km, shifts clean. Cat's there, winters on alloys, interior complete, records from 2023 on. CarPlay/Android Auto deck. Heated seats, windows and sunroof all work. A/C doesn't. Oil change overdue, startup reminder is just the counter. Brake light was low fluid, topped up with DOT 4 and it's out. Haven't checked pads. Scanned clean, no engine, trans or ABS codes. Wiper motor's new. Going car-free. $1200 cash firm. Reg's signed, transfer form Tuesday. Plates come off, bring a trailer or sort insurance. I'll drive it, no solo test drives. New West, here today and Monday, evenings after. First cash takes it.
