Dell C1760nw laser color printer

Dell C1760nw laser color printer. Used for a short time. There is one issue. On every print out it places 3 grey smudges across the page. The text is still visible under the lines. I’m sure this is an easy fix but I don’t have time to fix it. I’m thinking by my research that it is a part called the “fuser”. There are many videos on YouTube on this. The part is I believe about $100 which is not much at all. It also comes with ink in the printer. They are practically full. ALSO IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE POWER CORD. I must have misplaced it and can no longer find it. Comes with extra ink as shown. Pick up only. Lyndhurst NJ. No holds, no returns, no deliveries.
