Great condition. Door is kinda bent in one place but does not effect use. Hinges are slightly rusted (typical aging). Can fold completely down to the size of the plastic base. Selling because our pup needed a bigger one Dimensions are in one of the photos :) Happy to meet anywhere in newwest
