This dollhouse is a great size for play! It comes with a couple of rooms on each floor and includes a staircase and a working front door. There are no missing pieces. My daughter assured me she will clean off everything from it. but it may still need a wipe down. It has been in the garage for a long time. The top floor looks bevelled a little due to heavy stuff being on it. pick up would be in Brintnell at my parents place for this one. I can try and bring it to Dunluce area if need be. $50 OBO
