16Kids above 5 years (until 8) also can use the stroller but the legs may come beyond the foot rest. There is also baby car seat and a frame that comes with stroller. the car seat can be mounted on the stroller using the frame/attachment. the frame/attachment can also be used for hanging thr basket and use it as grocery cart. check the pic
