I myself am selling because I'm 5ft 7" and they're too long for me. Buying skiis that are too long will mean that they are harder to turn, and turning is important. These skiis were a bestseller model in the 2000s and are high quality. They come with the original bindings, which means that they are too old for ski shops to tune them for you (for legal reasons). That being said, I sized and set them very easily for myself and they worked perfectly. If you bring your boot with you when you pick up, I will make sure they're set to release for your weight and sized properly. These skiis work very well, and they ski very fast. They have plenty of spring in them, and the base will come freshly waxed. The base has a 2mm available in height for shop grinding, indicating that they were not gouged on rock skiing at any point, and were kept on groomed trails (almost like new in terms of the 2mm height). They also have about 1mm+ of sidewall, which provides space for sharpening. Anyways, you get the picture. If you're a beginner and 5ft 7 don't buy. You will not have fun.
