18Chair is in excellent condition, no children or pets in the home. There are no rips, or dirty spots and the chair and ottoman are very firm. Ottoman can be used as a coffee table when needed. Fabric is corduroy with gold and gray stripes. I am making changes in the den as I need more room. As much as I love the 2 pieces, I simply do not have the space for them anymore.
