The FP infant-to-toddler rocker comes with a toy bar with 2 hanging toys for your baby to engage with. The calming vibration with 2 settings paired with the rocking motion can soothe and relax your baby (do not let the child  sleep in the chair for  prolonged time). If the baby needs to be still, the kickstand can transform the chair to be stationary. The seat can be reclined for more comfort. The rocker can accommodate a toddler up to 18kg per specs. The toy bar is removable as well as the seat cover for easy machine washing. I include the batteries, albiet used. Item washed and sanitized.
