FREE Vintage parlour chair

Vintage parlour chair in 7/10 condition. This chair has been with me since moving here 8 years ago, it’s incredibly versatile. It’s been: -seating in the entry/mud room -in the kitchen nook by the window -in the living room -in the spare bedroom by the window -from non smoking, clean, no pet household -pillows and blankets are not included Measurements: Height: 27.5 inches Seat height: 15.5 inches Wide: 27 inches Depth: 30 inches Condition: 7/10 -it does have a diy repair on the left side of the seat from original owner, I covered it with lumbar pillows and draped a blanket over the side -it’s sturdy but does have a maximum limit of 175lbs as it will squeak and isn’t as sturdy -definitely needs a steam clean as it had been in storage and has light surface dirt -it’s a lovely vintage piece and has tons of life left for someone new -it would be beautiful restored or even reupholstered for someone looking for a new project -PICK UP ONLY in Kitsilano 🙂 I do not have a vehicle, you must be able to collect yourself. -I can not help carry it to your car, please bring someone with you to help carry it to your vehicle
