FREE Brentwood Canadian made, very well maintained beige love seat purchased from Home Furniture in St. Jacobs. No pets, no stains, cigarette free home, steam cleaned several times. A few nicks here and there on the feet and a bit of wear and tear on the arms. Generally, in good condition, ideal for a rec room, no sagging in cushions. 32.5 inches tall, (includes 6 inches of feet which can removed), 62 inches wide, 35.5 depth. My husband can help to move it into your truck/trailer/van from house...only down one small fight of front porch stairs. Only two adults needed to lift it, pick up only.
