1950s Japan Hand Painted Porcelain Basket Planter Yellow Floral

This is a charming 1950s Japanese porcelain planter featuring a classic basket shape with two elegant handles. The exterior is finished in a bright, sunny yellow glaze adorned with vibrant hand-painted floral sprays on both sides. The scalloped rim and handles are accented with delicate gold gilt. Pattern: Multi-color Floral (Roses/Wildflowers). Style: Mid-Century / Cottagecore / Victorian Style. Markings: "68" impressed/painted on the base. Dimensions: Approximately 4.5" Long x 2.75" Wide x 4" High. Material: Fine Porcelain/Ceramic. Condition: This item is in good vintage condition with light wear. As is common with pieces of this age, there is some light "flea-bite" wear to the gold trim on the rim and handles, and minor shelf wear on the unglazed bottom ring. Please review the high-resolution photos for a close-up look at the hand-painted details as the photos as they are part of the description of the item.
