Needs new housing and cabling for front brakes as well as caliper and 2 new wires with housing to the derailleurs to get this puppy going unless you plan on going rim brakes which isn't a bad idea either. Shimano 105 Groupset plus index shifters on the gorgeous drop outs make this bike great and the carbon forks with the lightweight aluminum frame are super light. Lightweight and very well maintained FSA cranks to top it off with everything being very responsive Test Rides encouraged
