Futon chair that folds out as single bed

This low sitting chair is super comfy. It folds out into a sleeping area for one person. It is clean with no smells, stains, or rips. I bought it new for years ago and it’s mostly just been used by my little blonde Chihuahua. I would say that it is in like new condition, but there are some fine blonde hairs that need to be removed with some tape. I just don’t have the time or the interest in working on it. I need to move this to make room for some new furniture. This is the same manufacturer and fabric as the dark grey couch I posted.
