27I have had this futon frame for a few years. Still in good condition. Some of the paint is chipped, it is definitely fixable. Must pick up with assistance moving it to the ground floor. Futon mattress is available if you want to steam clean it. UPDATE: Has been disassembled to make it easier for transport.
