Grey italian designer leather sofa couch chesterfield modern

This is a beautiful grey Italian leather deep wide seater sofa. This leather sofa has a sleek and clean modern look. Note: the lighting in my photos look green but it’s grey like the stock photo. Leather sofas retail for $3000+!! This is sofa is only about 6 years old! Pet and smoke free home. Sofa 48 x89 inches Seat depth 23 inches Seat length 60 inches (a person can lie down on it) Arm rest length 16 inches wide Gap from bottom do sofa to floor: 6 inches Top of Seat to floor: 16 inches High density comfort foam. Every guest who visited always complimented on how comfortable the sofa is! Guests even enjoy sleeping on the sofa, with the wide arm rests used as a pillow and deep comfortable foam seats. The back can be adjusted to be a high or low back. High back for back support, and low back is great for social settings to turn and face people while leaning on the lowered back. The sofa has been well taken care of, I cover it with a sofa cover sheet when guests visit to keep it very clean. It is also wiped down once every 2 weeks. The seats are not sinking or sagging as you can see. The sofa is just a little under 5 inches above the ground, and I was able to use some thin storage underneath the sofa. Note: This sofa is in a condo. If you want to check out the sofa first to try it out, and then pick it up another day. Or if you want to pick it up right away, we will need to schedule the service elevator and you will require a cargo van/small truck (try uhaul!). We can help move it the truck but you will need to bring at least 2 people to move it as it is bulky. We will help (one large strong man and a small lady) but we may need more than 3 people to lift the bed. You can always hire someone off of Task rabbit to help lift if needed. Payment is in CASH.
