Hello. I am available to perform small handyman jobs. I have many years experience including building full houses. I am interested in small jobs such as: Painting and small drywall Fence repair Roof leaks Furniture assembly General clean up Plumbing Shed and Garage maintenance Minor electrical work IKEA Furniture - Pickup, Delivery and assembly and much more..... Old school Gentleman, honest and reliable. Creative and inventive. I won't promise to build you a house, but I will help maintain yours. I live in the Clarkson, Mississauga area. Reasonable rates. I am currently offering 3 levels of service. 1) (Lite) Me, my physical labor and my knowledge. $35/hr 2) (General) Me, my physical labor, knowledge and all my tools. $40/hr 3) (Full Service) Me, my physical labor, knowledge, shop, pickup and deliver materials, and remove waste for disposal. $45/hr. Jobs requiring 2 people will be billed at $70/hr. Unfortunately, due to the unusually high number of last minute cancelations, I will now require a minimum non-refundable deposit of $40 at time of booking.
