High Quality Weighted Vest from Twist Conditioning Has (40) 1lb metal tube weights rather than cheaper vests that use sand bags. You can customize the load from 1lb to 40lbs. Size is medium. I am 5’9 and 180lbs and it fits me well. This is the best weighted vest I have found. Excellent fit as compared to cheaper vests. Shoulders straps do not dig in and the Velcro waist belt secures the vest so it doesn’t shift around. I had a cheaper vest before, and it was terrible. It’s sloshed around, the weight was uneven and difficult to adjust. Also the shoulder straps cut into my traps and gave me headaches.
