This is a portable towel warmer. It has a heating element and a power cord. The inside of the unit has a caution label about hot surfaces. I LOVE THIS. Unfortunately moving to USA and getting rid of alot of things. Only used for 3 months. Heated maybe 25 towels total. Works like brand new. Paid $129.99. Pickup in Maple Ridge DT.
