Frank Lyman designer blue lace dress size 2

A designer dress by Frank Lyman from Montreal. It has been worn only once and dry cleaned. It is about 58 inches long from the top of the shoulder and has a slit in the front with a built-in slip up to above the knees. It is a size 2 but it could easily fit a size 4.
