IKEA Nockeby Chaise Sectional Sofa MUST GO

Come and get it!** ---------------------- Got this amazing mid-firm sectional in 2019 from a friend that had a cat (hence the few scratches on the arm), but it was kept super clean and washed often at a friend's smoke & pet free basement suite until November last year. My partner and I just actually started using the couch a year ago. It can be easily disassembled in 2 pieces. Throw cushions can be included. THE SECTIONAL IS RIGHT-HAND FACING (as you're standing in front of the couch). Exactly how the pictures show. Dimension: 110"L x 33"H x 39"D Chaise size coming forward: 69"D Pick up ONLY Kingsway and Fraser. Get someone to help you out (unfortunately I'm having some health issues and I can't help much). The building has an elevator, flat ground, and a truck/van can easily be parked right in front of the building. It fits on a U-Haul cargo van.
