70It folds out to be a bed. Great condition, barely used, was placed in a room where it wasn't used much. No signs of wear from usage but there may be some minor wear from moving it around. It's never been used as a bed. Dimensions are about 53.5 x 24 x 29.5 inches The model of the sofa is Solsta.
