It’s used but still works like new with no damage or marks on it. It comes with a protective case, a 30 pin charging cable and a double USB charging block. The battery is still in excellent condition and lasts days before needing another recharge. It’s been factory reset and unlocked, and is not associated with any AppleID or iCloud account. You may have problems casting wirelessly to a smart TV, but if you have or can get hold of a digital AV adapter then you can connect that to the iPad and an HDMI cable that is connected to your TV to cast. Also many apps from the App Store will not work on this device because it runs on iOS 9.3.5 and cannot be updated further, but a few apps with older compatible versions may work if they’re still available, you can get them by downloading the app you want on another Apple device or on your computer using iTunes (preferably an older version of iTunes), then go to the App Store on the iPad and tap Purchased and then tap the app you want and it’ll ask you if you want the older version of the app. Another option is to jailbreak the iPad and then download compatible apps from a third party source like Cyndia.
