This is a 6-pack of Ledvance 6" Slim Microdisk Recessed Downlights. They feature 5 selectable color temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K) with an easy switcher on the driver. The lights are dimmable down to 10% and compatible with most dimmers. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor use in dry, damp, or wet locations. Each light is 14W and provides 1200 lumens. Dimensions are 17.3L x 17.3W x 2.3H cm.
