Double Queen Mattress CertiPUR-US and Pad

I did cut the tag unfortunately. So I dont remember exactly which brand it was . Was bought brand new , 3 years ago After taking those pictures I cleaned up the mattres , cover it and now its in storage unit at Kingsway area.
