Need a tenet for the summer(negotiate)

The room will be available from may 15th to August 15th. It will include a double bed, 2 cabinets, a closest space, table and chair. There is a common space that includes a TV, kitchen and couch and a dining table. It’s a three bedroom apartment. Prefer a male tenet. Willing to negotiate
