12Good sturdy couch with some scratches mostly underneath. Noticeable scratches are shown in the photos. Dimensions are at the end of photos. Was cleaned using Hoover upholstery machine twice. PICKUP only and even though it's not heavy I suggest bringing two people as I am not able to help move it. I live in a condo building so will have to book the elevator. ($15 deposit needed for pickup which is included in the price.) Sectional piece is on the left when you sit on couch.
