Large chalkboard sign light use + second city memorabilia

Large Chalk board sign, great for a kitchen ect..that can be hung and is in good condition, I never used it, it was a gift. This was one of the items from the second city sale before it was demolished and turned to condos too! I’m Asking at least $20 because I feel this size is hard to find and in store and this size would cost much more new :).
