Large monstera 🌱 house plant with stand

Roughly 4 year old Monstera Deliciosa aka swiss cheese plant aka split leaf philodendron. I am moving and unfortunately I can't take it with me due to space constraints. The plant is in a matte black terracotta pot on a black rattan/wicker stand. It is in a chunky well-draining soil mixed with pumice, fir bark, and perlite. The plant has plenty of beautiful split leaves and aerial roots (used to provide support and to help the plant climb up trees in the wild!). The aerial roots can be removed without harming the plant if you don't like the look of them or they can be popped into the soil. From a smoke-free home with one cat. Available for pickup near Kitsilano/ Fairview area.
