Most of the information is on the photo. It has a long shelf-life but has to be refrigerated since it was opened. I am giving it away because it was too salty to my taste and it's unnecessary for me to consume food that could require any such thing. However, this product might be of use to rice-lovers who could spice up the rice a bit. I would say that you don't need to use the whole container at once. Adjust according to your taste-buds by adding more or less spice or the rice. It's not good (which is my subjective taste) but it's not totally horrible. You can try especially if you prefer South-Asian flavour in your food.
