Lazy boy Power lift and reclining chair

This is a ultra comfort Power lift and recline chair model #UC480-MLA-STD-IEL.It has some wear from use on the arms of the chair and the remote as seen in the picture other than that works perfectly and is in great condition.It fully reclines and also is able to sit a person forward into a standing position great for someone with mobility issuses.I am asking $350 OBO pickup in London,ON
