Modern Farmhouse extendable table seats 10!

This is a beautiful dark brown partial wood table with leaf. It has a pattern on the surface and some tiny “rustic” edge features as shown. It was purchased and made overseas in Oct ‘23. It wasn’t delivered until Jan’24. It has only been used a handful of times and has NEVER been used without a heat resistant pad and tablecloth. There are absolutely no marks at all- it is in brand new condition. It comes with one leaf which is 24” and the table without it measures 76” x 42” wide. (With leaf 100” x 42”). It has a high quality mechanism for installing the leaf, and beautiful iron and wood detail on the base. (Chairs NOT included in this ad but for $1250 you can have the table plus all 6 chairs). I will throw in a brand new (in package) heat resistant table pad (I bought 2). Only reason I’m selling is because my son refinished our old table which was very damaged and I love it just as much !
