Only slightly used still in good shape. It had an expensive mattress cover on it the whole time as required by Sealy for the warranty. It is a Queen size pillow top. You must be able to pick up as I cannot deliver. I can have it waiting on concrete patio at my front door I just hate to put in garbage when I know someone could use it
