In top shape, like new. Size is Large (petite), but as a tall person the sleeves fit fine on me and not short. Please see pic with measurements. It has a waterproof breathable Pertex Shield® coating, packs up small, and doesn't add much weight, so you're more likely to bring it along in uncertain weather.
