About 3 months ago I found Karrot through an Instagram ad and I'm so glad I discovered it! I liked the idea of the app because it was easy to use and you’re actually meeting people within the community. I’ve even asked a few questions and the customer service team got back to me right away. With Karrot I don’t feel so alone. I feel like I have a support system behind and my experience has been excellent ever since. Q: Most memorable transaction experience? My puppy passed away a couple of years ago so I had all his stuff and just needed to find the right moment to let it go. I wanted to give it away for free and there was a young lady who just got a new puppy. We sat and chatted for half an hour and it was so nice knowing I was giving it away to someone in my community who really needed it. I’ve also met a lot of people who are going through tough times with job losses and the economy and they are nothing but appreciative. Q: What made you continue to use Karrot? I’ve met wonderful people through the app and have had 0 complaints. There was one lady that I dealt with who didn’t know what time she was coming and she apologized but it wasn’t an issue for me. I wrapped it up and left it outside on the porch for pick up. When she wrote her review comment, it was just so nice to read and touching! She mentioned how convenient it was for me to work around her schedule and leave it outside wrapped with a little gift tag. I really love the extra Karrot points you get for writing reviews and when people notice those little things that you do it makes you feel good! Q: Encouraging words for people who are having a hard time selling? It moves a lot slower at first but have faith, and give it time. My experience so far has been awesome, and the bigger the community grows the better the experience will be. Q: What do you think makes the Karrot community special compared to other buy and sell platforms? It carries good vibes! I don’t know why but I don’t get that feeling on other platforms. There’s a personal touch to everything that makes the app feel safer and more supportive. It’s a small community right now but I always tell people “try Karrot first”! I have 3 friends who are out of town who are waiting to use the app and I think once it opens up everywhere it will take off.'= Thanks for reading everyone!
