Men's waterproof boots - never worn

Another pair I brought before Nordstroms decided to shut up & leave Canada, but these I paid sticker price for $269 (incl tax), as I was a bit more clever and went during the sale! Now, like my GMB listing, unfortunately, due to reconstructive surgery on my foot, I can't wear these in the future. Soooooo they gotta go. They are too nice to donate as never been worn. It's a shame, I think, because they are another pair of amazing boots with a great look & feel to them, comfortable to wear (for the bit I tried it on anyway), plus these ones are waterproof - according to their tag! Except for trying them on in the store, these have never been worn for any significant amount of time. The grip is still perfect, with no dirt on the soles or the body of the boots. I've tried to look online for new ones, but can't find any. Seems to be a pattern with the boots I buy! Unfortunately no Cole Haan box with these but they are currently in another shoe box for ease of transporting. Closest I have seen on ebay from the US, where they are listed about C$145 + C$45 shipping - plus any duty/import fees. Price is negotiable to a reasonable level. Am going to list on another site so whichever site gets the first offer gets the boots. Please help them go to a good home! Serious only & cash preferably.
