It is easily cleansed and recharged by being in the sun and can happily be placed in direct sunlight on a daily basis. Mookaite is a truly stunning stone with earthy hues of reds, yellows and purples. It’s formed from the microscopic remains of tiny radiolarians which in turn create the sedimentary rock structure that forms Mookaite crystal. This fascinating process occurs in only one place in the world, within the Kennedy Ranges near Gascoyne Junction, Windalia Radiolarite, Western Australia. Mookaite is comprised of chert, opalite, chalcedony, or combinations of all three. It belongs to the Jasper family There is so many special healing benefits to this earth created lovely piece and the mixture of browns beighs greens crystal and red is so soothing ive found . thanks
