Motorola Moto G Play (2023) - This phone is in bad cosmetic condition with the back cover having remnants of where the adhesive for a magnetic car mount was and some scratches below that aswell as as a crack on the top right of the screen that is not noticeable unless you put a light source on top of it. All functions do work, except for cellular service, which I was unable to test. This phone doesn't have a Google lock, but it is carrier locked to Verizon, and will refuse to set up without an active Verizon SIM card, meaning that you can't set up the phone and use it for cellular service unless you insert an active Verizon SIM card, in which it will let you set up the phone and receive cell service. Other than that, this phone is reset and ready to go.
